Rise Athletes is the platform we build for sports academies that want to stop running their business in spreadsheets.
What it does
For academy owners and coaches, Rise Athletes runs the entire operational side: seasons and blocks, group rosters, attendance, recurring subscriptions, payment reconciliation, evaluations against coach-defined rubrics, photo galleries, and weekly reports. Everything an academy used to track across email, WhatsApp, and three different SaaS tools lives in one place.
For players and parents, the experience is built around staying close to training: subscribe in two taps, pay with card or wallet, see coach evaluations as they land, browse photos and videos from sessions (shared with permission), and reschedule a missed session in seconds.
Why we built it
We worked with several academies before. Every one of them was losing hours each week to admin and losing parents to a poor communication experience. Rise Athletes is the product we wished existed — and now ship as our flagship.
Where it runs today
Production-grade infrastructure on AWS, Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for media, full observability, and 24/7 on-call coverage from the same team that built it.
